May 20, 2024 • 26:17 • Amy Parker and Mike Nawrocki

Blessed and Beautiful: Psalm 1 (with Psalm 121)is the third entry in the series. Every tree is beautiful and strong and makes unique contributions that other trees may not. The trees vary in their type of wood, the way they serve animals, and their particular strengths. However, no tree holds more value than another.

This story combines fun and clarity, using illustrations to foster children's enthusiasm to absorb the truths of the Bible.

Join the Adventure of Fir, Pine, Cedar, Oak, and Juniper in this colourful book. Notice how each tree reflects Psalm 1 and Psalm 121. As you study these Psalms, identify strengths you can grow as you plant yourself close to streams of goodness and practise thoughtful actions. Welcome to Blessed and Beautiful!

S6Ep16: Jesus vs the Bad Guys

This week hosts Mike Nawrocki and Sarah Humphrey talk with authors Conner Shram and Jared Neusch about their new book: Jesus vs the Bad Guys.

Who is Jesus? Authors and lifelong friends Connor Shram and Jared Neusch want kids to meet the real Jesus.

Jesus is the core to understanding our faith in a deep and personal way. Introducing kids to Jesus at a young age can help them build a lifelong, unshakeable trust in him. The authors goal is to provide stories about Jesus that are fun and exciting, reflect the playful imagination God has given to each of his children, and reveal the radical, timeless example of Jesus message.

Even young children, through Gods help, are ready to know the real Jesus. Thats why each book in this series features key biblical values, presented in a fun, funny, engaging, and lasting way. Eachbook in the Jesus Is for Kids series will help children:

build their knowledge of who Jesus is;

enter a deeper relationship with Him; and

develop a love of Scripture.
