Episode 222: Parenting | How the Brain and Mind are Key to Best Parenting Practices

When neuroscience meets love and logic, you are going to get practical tools to help children of all ages go from behavioral problems like defiance, meltdowns, and power struggles to being:

More responsible, confident, kind, resilient

Better prepared to make good decisions

More focused and motivated

Better able to have healthy relationships.

Listen in to this episode for tips on how to really hit the mark on what parents need, and what children need in order to make a lasting shift for everyone.

#1 New York Times bestselling author and neuropsychiatrist Dr. Daniel Amen and child psychologist Dr. Charles Fay have teamed up to reveal what’s missing from most parenting books. Addressing both the brain and the mind of your child (and yourself) in order to effectively raise good and strong humans.

Charles Fay, PhD, is an internationally recognized author, consultant, and public speaker. He is also president of the Love and Logic Institute, which became part of Amen Clinics in 2020. Millions of educators, mental health professionals, and parents worldwide have benefited from Dr. Fay's down-to-earth solutions.
