A counselor with an MSW from the University of Pittsburgh and the worship leader at First Baptist Church of Ellwood City, Shivonne Costa is the author of the soon-to-be-released book The Children Who Raised Me, and she is the founder and writer of MommyhoodSFS.com, a website shedding humor, truth, and hope on the parenting journey of an adoptive and foster mother. Additionally, she runs a community support group for adoptive and foster parents. Shivonne lives in Western Pennsylvania with her husband, children, and three dogs.
