The Anatomy of Anger

Are you struggling to help your teen deal with anger? In this episode, Mark Gregston and Wayne Shepherd read an email from a parent reaching out for advice on helping their daughter with this issue. The two remind us that what we see on the outside is just a symptom of what is actually going on, and that sometimes we need to help our teens discover the root cause of their anger.
